Go to Goldsmiths, they are located at the mall road in lahore. They are known for amazing diamond jewelery.

You can try Sonica Jewelers for diamonds and for such sets in Zircons you can try others like Waseem, Hanif and Mahfooz Jewelers

you could also just take these pictures to a jeweler and have them make a simillar one..
