Hmm I actually don't know what place it is. And yeah everyone's welcome to post pics of Isloo here.
Also I think if there isn't a thread about Guess the Place in Pakistan then someone should make one, it would be fun.

Nice pics 1947. Especially loving those newly built houses, it's good to see a society built with proper sidewalks and everything. If only the CDA and LDA would endeavour to provide sidewalks for pedestrians in all parts of the city. Having said that there's no place like Islamabad (in urban areas) in all of Pakistan. You get a real sense of peace and tranquility there.
As for the pics above, my guess is it could be a Daewoo bus station or some airport lounge. Not sure though.

Haha, I've never actually seen it in my life, just looked like a waiting lounge and not an airport so I guessed the only other place that has waiting lounges in Pakistan..Daewoo.

hmmm it seems they have changed the Daewoo terminal, as it used to be different when i used to travel to islamabad about 2 years back... i am talking about the main daewoo terminal which was located in GT road Rawalpindi
