ok but please help me little with this, my cake at first look really great on baking and after inserting a knife it came out clean means it got cooked but the time i tasted it, it had a raw taste somewhat like if it still needed to be cooked but from outside corners it got hard like biscuit, was there something missing in the recipe or i made mistake the time i was baking it, any clue and it was not soft at all

i think ur oven temprature is high…usually 180c is suggested but when i made my first cake on 180 it was like still needed to be cooked…now i bake on 160 or 170 for a bit longer time n the result is good : )
