What I heard was a little different but goes like this
Once this guy goes to a washroom in a very busy mall, as soon as he enters the washroom there is a note on the front wall and it says, “look up”. He look up towards the ceiling and to his surprise there’s another sign that says “look down”, as soon as he look down on the floor there is another sign which reads 'turn 180 degree , close the door, sit back, relax and excrete as much as you can" in a urdu version the last signs says “Idher Udher Kia Dekh raha hay, jaldi say hug moot kay faarigh ho ja, aur log bhi teray intezar main mar rahay hain”
