The Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry (yes, let me repeat Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry) has just stated that no one will benefit from the NRO while deliberating a case which relates to the illegal ordinance concucted by some swine politicians. So Zardari, and all you MQM murderers who think you are free men, get ready for some justice
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has said that no one will benefit from the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO). Justice Iftikhar said this while giving remarks in the acquittal case of a former DSP under the NRO.
The CJ said the Supreme Court of Pakistan continues hearing the NRO case and no one will be given relief from the ordinance until the apex court gives a verdict in the case.
Later, the SC adjourned proceedings of the case till June 10.

Imran Khan didn't trample and rape the constitution. public opinions always change, and so do those of political figures. It's very naive of you to complicit Imran Khan in this as if he advised Musharraf and helped him personally hold down N. Sharif strapped to a chair.
Musharraf would come out as one of the guilty ones if all cases are reopened, and like it or not a large chunk of the public will even go ahead to support it. Ironic, isn't it?

intimidation would include half of Pakistan’s public because “voting” is a form of intimidation (the one that doesn’t deliver will not get the vote, and so on..), and so is public demonstrations. How very silly to even use that as an argument.

CJ has already said he will not sit on the bench hearing the NRO case. This news item just implies a higher court is hearing the validity of NRO so a the court will wait for the decision. No indication either way.
This is not the correct time to touch NRO. If this Pendora's box is opened by CJ, he might be the first victim of it. It is not Zardari or MQM benefitted from this stupid NRO of Mush a lots of corrupt politicians, including NS and co and other civil and military personell benefitted from it. Zardari might be the first and last victim of NRO if it is made ineffective by CJ.
Had Mush been President, CJ would not dare to touch the issu of disqualifying of NS for running election.
You should be cleared in your mind that CJ can not I repeat can not touch MQM and its don of London. He knows it and you know it.

NRO is biggest BS I have ever seen our countries politics. It should be reversed but it wont solve all the problem. It will be a big step in the right direction at least. :k:

NRO is the short for National Reconciliation Ordinance that Musharraf passed just before him getting ousted.
NRO basically wipes every public office holder (read convicted politicians)' sins clean and allows them to restart. NRO is the document that has allowed Late Benazir Bhutto, Zardari and Nawaz Sharif among many other politicians to return to Pakistan and contest elections. The result is that these very people are now running Pakistan.

Ehtasab Bureau i think is old news now. If i'm not mistaken NAB has been reduced or shut down as well. Maybe someone with more knowledge on that can expand on this.
