When I am in a hurry I put Aloha Meat Tenderizer. A few sprinkles and it works pretty well within half an hour. smile

Soaking in yougart gives the meat a khata mitha taste! I sometimes put the BBQ masala in yougart, mix it and then soak the chicken/beef.
You know what .. I've stopped eating meat.
try brown sauce as a marinade. it sounds awful but tastes pretty good.

and i actually was able to find a kacha papeeta in a chinese vegie shop, it was pretty acid-y and my hands itched like hell afterwards but the tikkas were yuuuuuuuuuuuum

yeah i do cook sometimes. i don't do it often but when i do it's generally spectacularly good. i'm a perfectionist so i can't stand sloppy attitude to anything. generally the timing is everything where food is concerned.
