BBC America...

Re: BBC America...

where is it showing? BBC Canada or BBC Amercia? On Rogers cable we do get BBC Canada and the shows u mentioned are not aired on it.

Goodness Gracious Me was soo good. I watched it online some 6 years ago, dang I always regret not burning it on CD. I want to watch it once again.

Re: BBC America...

Time warner cable is showing it too...

Re: BBC America…

Funguy, it’s on Saturday’s from 10:00 p.m. as well. They show the older episodes from season one on the weekends.

Smooth_Guy, I don’t think BBC Canada is showing it yet.

Re: BBC America...

Mehnaz - they repeat the same episode all week at various times. For complete schedule check out www.bbcamerica.com

Re: BBC America...

2 corrections phil hasn't left he is taking a year out of eastenders + grant wasn't 'killed' off he was portrayed that way in the car accident scene afterwards phil admitted to peggy that he wasn't dead he ran away wh his daughter to brazil and quite recently b4 peggy left eastenders for surgery the storyline had peggy visiting grant and her grandchild in brazil! maybe he'll return some day.

Re: BBC America…

Thanks for ruining it for me LUC. We are about a year behind here on BBC Canada.

Re: BBC America...

Apologies to Miss M. I saw a coupl of episode of GGM and you are absolutely right ... it is garbage. Indians can never satisfy Pakistani humor taste buds.

Re: BBC America...

GGM was targeted more towards british-asian population. General desi public cant relate to it and thus is not expected to find it funny.

anyone remember the episode when a bunch of drunk desis show up at a greasy spoon and are ating like louts, kinda like when drunk yobs show up at balti houses and act idiotic.

Re: BBC America…

you forgot to add the bit about me being right  like i always say, im always right.

Fraudz i know which episode your on about, the one where they order 24 portions of chips and call the waiter jamesssss instead of just james…

the thing with GGM is that it was funny in it’s prime when it first started years back, the kind of humour it uses does not appeal anymore…and the jokes get worse in series 2 and 3.
