Pakistan has put the name of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on the Exit Control List (ECL), the News Network International (NNI) news agency reported on Tuesday. The NNI quoted Benazir Bhutto’s spokesman Farhatullah Babar as saying that the government had banned Benazir from going abroad and put her name on the ECL. Benazir Bhutto filed a report with police naming three people behind the attack on her procession early Friday morning, which left at least 139 people dead and over 500 others injured. She also asked the government to seek help from international terrorism experts in the probe, saying she was not satisfied about the investigation so far. The government rejected her demand and said that the local investigators were capable of conducting the inquiry.
Babar said that Pakistan People’s Party had sent a letter to the Interior Ministry to remove her name from the ECL. He described the government action as illegal, unconstitutional and against the fundamental rights. Reports of local TV channels said that Benazir Bhutto plans to fly to Dubai to visit her family members in the near future.

Very true. But you will never hear the anti-MQM crwod even mention this or even show fake sympathy for the thousands of innocent mohajirs who were massacred, yet these same people will cry and cry till they shed tears of blood because some lawyyyyyyers got dandas on their heads or some terrorists got smoked.

PS: I can see...there is only one single reason of his wouldbe down fall by handing over so many hundreds of fidayeen to the US...sometimes for money...he must have send them to their coutry of origin...

Ahaan, that probably explains why Naseerullah Babar has in effect quit the PPP. He must be very angry that BB is now kissing upto to Altaf "bhai" and the MQM, which is in itself an admission by her that wrongs were committed against Urdu-speakers in the 1990's.
