Aslam – who claimed he had been Benazir’s protocol officer from April 10, 1986, to December 27, 2007 – filed the petition under Section 22-A, also naming Babar Awan, Lt General (r) Hamid Nawaz, the interior sectary, Brig (r) Javed Iqbal Cheema, former DCO Irfan Elahi, then Rawalpindi CPO Saud Aziz, SSP Yasin Farooq and SP Khurram Shahzad as respondents. Aslam claimed the respondents were involved in the planning, preparation and execution of a conspiracy to kill Benazir.

Holy Moly! it’s turning out to be a pretty gloomy week for dear ex-President and his henchmen. Will this only give him more a reason not to return to Pakistan and stay on the run? Suroor Palace, Jeddah awaits  Plus ramadhan is approaching. you add 'em up…:stuck_out_tongue:

 Rehman Malik too…Hallelujah! i sure hope this serves as an exit point for him. The man has been a disaster when it comes to tackling terrorism within the country. Not to mention his rather clumsy handling of the related affairs. :smack:

Great,If it is not a consipracy

Re: BB murder case moved in Court against Musharraf, Elahi, Malik

^agree. they are all involved in this theirself. I think its all a consipiracy so the public would stop raising eyebrows on them and sympthize them.

If 18th October 2007 incident is investigated they can reach to the killers.
