I’ve heard alot about these recently but don’t quite know what they’re for. Does anyone here use them, and are they supposed to help fade scars? Whats the main difference between a tinted moisturiser and BB cream? would you say that they were ‘good’ for your skin? I haven’t really seen them much here in the UK , the only two i know of is the ‘Garnier BB cream’ and the ‘UNE intuitive touch BB cream’
If anyones ever tried them feedback on what you thought of them would be greatly appreciated!
Bb (blemish balm) creams are most popular in Korea i think and originally they were used to hydrate the skin, protect and help with imperfections so it's a mix between a base, a moisturizer and a foundation. But like you suggested, some companies do bb creams that are too similar to a simple tinted moisturizer so it defeats the purpose.
I don't know if they really help with imperfections but i guess since they contain sun protection, maybe it's supposed to help with scarring...
Other brands that do BB creams : Clinique, Estee Lauder (only sold in the US, and Asia, and at Heathrow if you're in the UK!).
I have the Garnier one and i like it so far, evens the skin tone and the skin is hydrated.
My mum has one i gifted it to her..Its nothing special to be honest just all in one thing to be specific...it'll be good for the ppl who hasnt got much time for the makeup and like for everyday use..my mum uses it everytime she goes to the supermarket lol its more like a TINTED MOISTURIZER nothing special really!
i have the garner one and i like it as well. It evens out my skin tone but it makes me look a bit darker though. and its very oily. that may be the whole hydrating part lol but i like it. and you only need the tiniest amount!
