Haha..noone ever implied that. I think that with the massive media attention, and a relatively fair EC, elections will not have enough rigging to impact results in a major way.
But I do remember this statement very vividly coming from PPP in the 2008 elections, when they set Karachi on fire, and raped, plundered and looted their way to victory. Zardari made the above statement for PPP.
