Batoora Fighting

You thought it was only limited to roosters!

Apparently in Pakistan, old men in the north were shown on GEO to be getting their batooras and bets geared up, and subsequently fighting their batoora’s off against each other and then collecting money.

Can one of the self-proclaimed maulvis of this site go to them and tell them that batoora fighting is HARAAAAAAAM.

Maulani PCG says so, in case your pea brains haven’t figured out this sort of animal-fighting-contests is animal abuse…not to mention these guys are no different than the old geezers here who gamble off their wifey’s money on poker. Yes, wifey’s money, cuz every darn dollar a guy makes belongs to his wife. Darn str8. (Here is a tissue, cry me a river, boys.)

I would go tell them myself but these guys are na-mehram for me. :mash:

Pakistanis involved in batoora fighting are on crack.

Re: Batoora Fighting

Well, the last time I lived in Pakistan for longer than 6 months was when I was 3 years old, and I only found out recently that a cow in Punjabi is called a 'maj' and not 'bhens' like in Urdu.

Have you ever been to Pakistan btw?

Re: Batoora Fighting

Catty, a cow in punjabi is called “gaaN”. Mujh is the Buffalo :clown:
