I’ve only used my bathtub a handful of times…I prefer standing showers.

it is supposed to ‘romantic’ being in bathtub with someone but yeah i would prefer a standing shower than sit in a bathtub like a prune. How do you get clean in standing water anyway?

tlk, yes, for really. Old habit from the days before we had a shower. I can’t start the day without a bucket bath, standing shower in the evening.
kkf, some of us don’t have big tonds that use up all the water! 
Given the size of standard bathtub, only two midgets can be inside one, romantically

I think every household is diff. I started enjoying baths about 9-10 years ago. I am hydrophobic and I had a bathtub in my bath in pak since I was a lil girl, I hated the idea of filling it up (even a bali worth of water) and playing in it, even though my mother tried her best to get me comfy in that.
On one of our vacations 9-10 yrs ago I enjoyed a bath after a long tiring day and I loved it, our family of three is hooked on to atleast 1-2 baths per person per week.

taking a bath in a bath tub is not meant for cleaning one up, they are meant to be sat in and relaxed from what I know, after the bath one must clean and wash achi tarha se.

Surprised that so many people here don’t like baths.. I LOVE mine..
I soak in there at least an hour at a time.. Fill it up with bubbles and just relax..
