i have no objections to it.
but even GS guys don’t erase its alright with me, we can be business owners but here we are mere users.
also these things do happen on forums, not matter how we are, still humans.

although it does gives someone bad name but still shouldnt matter much because you must be aware of not every one would agree on single outfit no matter if it is perfect. even if you made something perfect and customer doesnt like it he/she would say it isnt right no matter to her if 100 others say otherwise.
see how much bargello is bashed here does it affect them not much i guess but certainly it can add to their image either positive or negative.
InshAllah we both are here to stay (in business) many customers would come and go, for many we would go extra mile in hope next time would reap the reward and that next time never comes 
, for many we would do average and he/she would be our best customer.
i wish you good luck with all my sincerity, you see i am firm believer in competition helps industry grow and force us to keep a check on ourselves and be effective, keep our eyes and ears open.
otherwise how yahoo would have been if there was no google and do you think we would have improved MSN search or msn striving for yahoo.
if there had been no firefox , when we would have seen MSN explorer 8.
there is enough room for everyone just how much share one gets depends upon their strategy and i am really bad at it .
one more thing to add its my observation if we have 100 satisfied customer only 4-7 would appreciate by taking initiative and out of 100 unsatisfied customer 90 would always be at forefront not to waste a minute to take class.
its a human nature same goes for us too.
