i have seen a lot of barm(i hope its the correct word) tablets for skin and hair.and i was thinking of buying some.because due to my imbalanced diet my skin is very dull whereas it used to be very rosy.so my question is who has tried these tablets?and did they work?
please dont advice me to eat healthy,because i always try it but my problem is that my body i cant allow eating a lot because i gain imidiately weight.so i thought maybe these tablets would help.

i would still say eat healthy as its safer than taking these skin/hair tablets. eat more fruit/ veg, or if you find that hard then make fresh juices out of them.
haven't heard of those tablets though.

I haven't heard of those tablets. Before you start experimenting on yourself please make sure you hear some of the positives and negatives regarding the porduct. It's your body that you'll be putting these tablets into afterall.

thanks iyla, i will try my best but taking tablets is much easier. :D i dont know whether its the correct name,and i am not sure, maybe biotin tablets???

and by the way i would never take any chemicals,no.these are just like vitamin suplements.
