first chapaatii is made n tawaa…thicker chapaatis that is and then daal is filled and then fried on pan…traditionally beRhii is huge so you need a big tawaa and a big pan…aag par banii ziyaada bahtar hotii hai…chuN k Canada men ziyaada tar * electric stoes use hote haiN is liye uskaa filament tawa ko cover nahiiN kar paataa is liye maze kaa nahiiN bantaa…it can be made on commercial grills that they use in desi restaurants to make dosas.

we make it normal size…apne tawa ke size ka :D*

we also used to have lapsii…chamsur kii yaa mahuaa kii! it’s so yummy…it’s like pasty Halwa…we used to make a well on the lapsii and filled that up with desii ghee…yummy!

. I luv to eat corn cooked on coal…but I get to eat those only in Pakistan..

you can do tht urself…we do tht when we hv bbq parties…after the foods cooked…we put in corn and sweet potatoes.

Much starch ,I hv developed a taste for the local cup corns boiled n mixed with butter salt,masala n lemon taste great…

chamsur, mahuaa, lapssi, andarse… ye kia hota hai

chamsur is a kinda seed…with pulpy coating which swells upon cooking…mahua kii pic hai mere avataar meN…it’s a kinda modified flowers with translucent and juicy petals…it more looks like emotis they are soo cute:

and andarsa is a sesame seed sticking on small donuts…very small size of donuts…1/5th size of timbits that we ghet in Canada. it’s so yummy!

Where I live here is rain almost 24/7 and 365 days !
So barish is not fun anymore,but is most welcome coz it’s Allah SWT rehmat,

And not only pakorey,in Karachi when it was a rainy day,chai was must with pakora.

And it starts like this,everyone loves the rain and wanted to enjoy it,and at the same time if they were hungry,didnt wanted to spend time in cooking,
So pakoras are easy n tasty snackes and everyone loves them.

yeh subah jab nikali jaati hai tab isme alcohol nahi hota waqt ke saath yeh ferment hokar iski sharab banti hai
