Bekk I hope your order comes out ok!! One of my friends also ordered a few suits from them and they were really nice, she was very pleased with them. So I hope you will have a similar experience as her
I was shocked to learn that the designs arent even Bargello's own. Thats so cheap to steal someone else's designs and then charge so much for it pretending like its your own masterpiece, what a rip off

HAHA Well I admit I have taken pictures off sites and got something similar made by a darzi --but at least thats for a fraction of the cost!! For Bargello, I mean to not only first steal the design of someone else but then also to charge somethign crazy like 500$ for just a shalwar kameez and act like its some original designed outfit by a "professional" fashion boutique!

I don't know the tailors number just know him as Master Saab and know where he is based. Can you email me pivately and I can meet you and take you to him. I promise he does a great job same as best lahori tailors with excellent attention to details. I live in Barking in London.
Hi could you let me know aswell please...aashi i honestly feel for you, i was looking for wedding clothes on that site aswell. They so try to rip ppl off from aborad which is sick and off putting cos half of us arent loaded as they think.

i think the best way to shop around in pakistan is to NOT let those darzis know you're from abroad. you can say islamabad/karachi or whatever if you need it urgently and need to get across that you an out of towner, but my experience says DO NOT tell them at all. last time i went to karachi, my extended family had already told our darzi that their niece was coming from usa after 10 years.. and i got like 40 clothes stitched.. the bill came out to some ridiculous amount, wayyy different than what i had expected it to be. so i stood there in his store for an hour calculating the clothes one by one while he gave me pissed off looks but i was like look, your amount figure sounds shady to me.. turns out, he had overcharged me by almost 5000 rupees! he seemed a lil embarrassed so to not come across as mean, i handed him a 5 dollar bill for a 'souvenir'.. but the point is, every other person in pakistan thinks since you're from abroad, money is growing on trees for you. it's such a pathetic thought, and forget darzis, even your own extended family assumes you would bring them diamonds and all just cuz you're from 'amreeka.'
as for bargello, yes some of the clothes are NICE but they are NOT bargello's designs! that means you can just get them made ANYWHERE. besides, the biggest turn off is how expensive they are! i just dont get how people can spend 500-600 dollars on a plain shalwar kamiz like bargello has it.

I recived my order yesterday. Its not exactely as on the picture. The colour was looking better on the picture, but Im damn happy that the outfit afterall is quite good. I was scared after reading this thread.
I would still not order from them again as they r really expensive.

Bargello has a really nice website with nice imiages i think that's what gets people. They have a professional website so people think they are dealing with a professional company. But i guess deep down if you are ripping off designs then how professional are you really. They also offer "bussiness oppurtunities" including asking for investmens of upwards of 12K to 20K!!! I wonder if anyone has done that yet. Anyways there's a message from their CEO on there. If I were you I'd write directly to the CEO. Sometimes the higher up you go the better quality people you meet and they can address issues. You might be able to get that person you dealt with fired. I occasionally get the 'bhoot' of ordering from them looking at their lovely site and that I don't have any relatives to send me clothes in PK, but then I come here and the 'bhoot' goes away :)
well I always do my online shopping with riwajistan and had a great experience even I bought my bridal dress from riwajistan
