Re: Barfee
i try, but after it become cool it was still liquid. it does not become hard. Please explain.
i did not add suger as i want it to be suger free. i add only milk and almonds and cook it for long time. but could not make burfee. please help.
Re: Barfee
I think,it's because you didn't add sugar,so that's why. It's sugar which would help it become sticky.
Re: Barfee
thanks ss,i will try this recipe very soon.
Re: Barfee
Can I ask where you live Ali usman ?
Re: Barfee
But suger free burfee is also available in the market. how they prepare? i donot want to add suger and Ghee. because doctor suggest not to take these things. So i want to prepare burfee at home. please help me.
Then you can make sugar-free barfee this way..
In a heavy-bottomed pot, boil the milk over high flame.Stir continuously for about an hour till the milk thickens and turns into a dough-like consistency.Crush the almonds, and mix in the crushed almonds into the milk while stirring.and pour it into a tray, and press down gently with a rolling pin. Wait till it hardens before cutting into pieces.
Re: Barfee
the problem i am facing is it doesnot become hardens, so what is cut. it remains liquid.
Re: Barfee
