One day i was having a discussion with an uncle who said that playing dolls was a learning tool for girls. I don’t know what i have learnt.. other than learning that barbie doll hairs are best washed with detergent powder
I did have many folders of barbie collection saved on my hard drive..so if you like any particular color of dress that you wanna see..lemme know and i’ll share your favourite color
My sis has always been a barbie person. She had collected every kind there was in the market! (or as it seemed so)
I love stuffed animals..still have 'em in my room. (My mom secretly tries to sneak them away and throws them out. She succeeded a few times, too.)

I guess ur uncle is right coz dolls make girls girl. u must be aware of tomboy-ish girls who don't like to play with dolls etc. well that's my theory. similarly, most boys find it difficult to play with dolls.

** khan_sahib: ** it was actually a neat discussion..according to this uncle..he used to live in gulf and someone there did celebrated a doll’s wedding with so dhoom dham..it was just to teach their kids the culture involved..plus he mentioned that in older days girls used to play dolls coz it used to help them learn sewing, stitching, cooking etc. So, i agree
I played both..dolls as well as dinkies and remote control cars..specially racing was fun!
