I sent off a comment email to abc/barbara, letting them know “the view” clip was disturbing and saddening to see but the actual show did a more even job…and that they did hint that many religions have this radical ONLY us get heaven.

good stuff well, i don’t know if the show did really present a good image of islam. i dunno..i wasn’t really satisfied. i think they could have done a better job of it..

Even Muslims aren’t guaranteed Heaven, they have to pass a criteria to qualify. Muslims can tell about followers of other religion whether they are ‘eligible’ for consideration for heaven or not (based on certain rules defined in Quran by God).

do you happen to know what those rules are? i’ve heard that too ..but i don’t want to say anything incase i’m wrong..so if anyone has any Quranic ayah that they can prove it by …id’ be interested to know about it..

smilestar I saw the View and the part where Joy went off ranting about how there is so much anti-semitism after they showed the preview. While I am certainly not surprised that they would interview a suicide bomber to show the public what the 'Mozlems' think since Islam and Muslims are always bashed all over the media, I'm glad Star spoke up and was defending Muslims, saying they feel the same way as Jews because they are also attacked just as Jews deal with anti-semitism, even though Joy and BW were bring very rude and interupting.

yeah..that ‘Mozlems’ bit cracked me up you’d think people would know how to say ‘Muslims’ by now.. shakes head
