Last night I was logged into chat but I was doing some other stuff related to some studying/work/upgrading etc. So, I was not participating in the conversation but occassionally reading through the interesting chat conversation.
From one subject (Rated R subjects included:halo: ) to another, things come to difference between baRaa gosht and choTa gosht.
Now, regardless of what was being discussed there, I came to know that what my understanding of BaRa gosht and ChoTa gosht is, that can be totally different of how other people perceive it. Without mentioning what was being discussed/taught/thought/mentioned in chat, I am going to list down what it is for me:
BaRa gosht = Beef, Buffalow, Camel etc.
ChoTa gosht = Goat, Sheep, Lamb
Then comes what is considered delicacy back home - the white meat, that is Chicken (or the likes here, duck, turkey etc.) and Fish.
What have you understood of BaRa and choTa gosht as? Is your definition different or same as mine?
On a related note, do you guys know the difference between baRaa qasaai and choTa qasaai? (guess I already gave it away)…
What type of gosht do you prefer to have? How many days of the week you are non-vegeterian? What type of dishes are meant for some particular type of gosht? like they say Haleem and Nihaari is of Beef - anything else does not have that touche. hmmm…??
