Re: Barack or McCain ??
Mccain.
here is a guy
1) who is POW.spend five years in prison and refused to get released coz there were prisoners who were there in prison before him and it wasnt his turn.
2) send charted planes spending his money to resuce animals during katrina.
3) adopted a bangaldeshi girl from an orphan when she was 1 year old and was not able to eat coz she had a cleft problem.
4) His son served in iraq in 2005-06 when the conditins were really bad in Iraq.He is a millionaire and how many millionaires work in army?
give me one thing done by obama for country or for the world?
Obama, he's young representing new generation of politician's in US. He connects well with people, he's diplomatic. I like the fact that he is willing to negotiate with rough nations without pre-existing conditons. When he went on his foreign tour, he visited most of the leaders in those countries (including Palestinean President Mehmod Abbas, McCain didnt do that). On the subject of War on Terror including Afghanistan and Pakistan, I feel that he SHOULD be in contact with the Pakistani government and understand the local and tribal reactions, sentiments, and problems of the frontier and tribal region on the border. The endless drone bombings need to stop, I hope he can do that.
On domestic issues:
His health plan was more descriptive, reduce cost's by $2500 and require insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions so all Americans regardless of their health status or history can get comprehensive benefits at fair and stable premiums. *
On the economy, it will be challenging but I think his views are better and hopefully they will bring the necessary changes and stabilize this deep recession we are heading into.*
Re: Barack or McCain ??
but chintu do you think all youre reasons make him capable of bieng the president of a country with a highly troubled economy and serious foriegn relations probems ?
and also do you think sarah palin was a wise choice considering her ethics violation issue, lack general knowledge and poor performance in the dabate.

I agree and he actually has the upper hand in foriegn experience with Joe Biden as his running mate .*
McCain was in favor of using waterboarding on guantanamo detainees, does that count?
on Iraq:
As everyone eyes Iowa, a late breaking development from the Straight Talk Express. McCain was just in a Q&A with reporters, and essentially said he’d be good with occupying Iraq for 100 years. Lets see how long the McCain “surge” lasts…
Here’s the back and forth, footage to follow:
Q: President Bush has talked about our staying in Iraq for 50 years – " (cut off by McCain)
McCain: “Make it a hundred.”
Q: “Is that …” (cut off)
McCain: “We’ve been in South Korea … we’ve been in Japan for 60 years. We’ve been in South Korea 50 years or so. That would be fine with me. As long as Americans …”
Q: [tries to say something]
McCain: "As long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed. That’s fine with me, I hope that would be fine with you, if we maintain a presence in a very volatile part of the world where Al Queada is training and equipping and recruiting and motivating people every single day.

yes I like that fact too, Biden is a humble man.
Are you Pakistani? ![]()
Doing good things on personal level (1-3) doesn’t mean he will be equally good for America or rest of the world. #4 is his son’s choice, I am not sure if McCain interferes in his life/choices ![]()
BTW: Were you able to get number of houses McCain owns, was he able to recall lately? ![]()
But atleast you can bindly trust on his patriotism and You can never point a finger on him.
Obama is only a good speaker and most of his ideas are naive. who the hell wants to sit with a ahmedinijad monkey to talk. A good leader will never sit and talk witha person who publicly speak of wiping a country.
Re: Barack or McCain ??
^ yes, and what about mccain's bomb bomb bomb bomb iran chants?
Re: Barack or McCain ??
Barack! Bush & Republicans screwed up this country...
Re: Barack or McCain ??
OBAMA!! OF course. We do not need anymore neoconservatives in this world. America has had enough of that!! Barack is one who can change America for what is should be, not an image of propaganda. It would be good to have a Muslim as President and Obama can fill that void.
I think he has an actual chance of winning
unless ppl still have racist views and back out the last minute because they rnt "ready" to vot for a blak pesident
But atleast you can **bindly trust **on his patriotism and You can never point a finger on him.
Do you see problem there?

In case you didn't notice US wants to get back in bed with Taliban.

Re: Barack or McCain ??
As a Pakistani neither one is good for Pakistan. If anything Biden gets my support not Obama. While Mccain did a dumbass move by getting Palin. Obama did the smartest thing around by getting Biden.
Biden will make an excellent presidential candidate in a few years. Specifically for Pakistan.
Re: Barack or McCain ??
both of them suck ...ralph nader
Re: Barack or McCain ??
^^^ don't waste your vote. I already voted for Obama & hope he wins...or 2.5 hours of my wait in line time goes to waste :(
