Bar-B-Q and cancer

How true is it that frequently eating Bar b q’ed food (cooked on coal) causes cancer?

I have been eating too much of it (at-least twice a week) and I’m concerned about its effects.

Re: Bar-B-Q and cancer

Only if it is burnt, which it does often. Just remove the blackened or burnt skin. It is apparently more carcinogenic than cigarettes. Same with the black spots on a roti.

Re: Bar-B-Q and cancer

Yup definately remove any burnt parts from all food. It doesnt taste nice either lol
