Tablighis focus on fazaa’il and in that context, they refer to Hikayaat/Rivayaat/Ahadees that are not strong. To be on his side, that is why he never passes fatwaas anyways. But that makes the ilm weak, means that you cannot refer to Tabllighi scholars with confidence that if they said it, it must be true. You always want to cross check the info.
