Yar Samb, honestly I really don’t think PCB gives a crap about public or what they think or do. They have never done it the past and aren’t doing it now. I am almost confident that no one ever was able to get into the national squad, stayed in it or was kicked out of the squad because of the public pressure. If that had been the case, the current state would have definitely been much better.
Same goes for these senators like Dasti, Enver Baig etc. They dont act because public becomes mad at players. May be they are attention whores as what we like to call them or they see PCB as a cash cow but the point is they always have their own agenda.
The level is sports jouralism is indeed poor. It could be baised journalism as well though I think its mainly the lack of knowledge of the game.
