To start off by saying how you could allow some members who insulted the Holy Prophet :saw: to come back or to allow them the services offered by this board which promotes itself in name of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is useless…Because as we all know, in no Islamic country would any person be allowed under any circumstances to insult the person of our beloved Holy Prophet :saw:…That is just not allowed…
So it would be best not advertise yourselves so falsely linking yourself to an Islamic nation and then inviting those who would slander the faith and the Messenger as members…It’s like being John Walker Lindh…Who was an American whose only crime was joining the Taliban for which the price he pays is eternal confinement…But that is to be expected from a people as Americans who have pride…
Americans are a proud nation for now and have pride in their nation, and as such would not stand anyone speaking out against it…They would rather kill that person…Unfortunately, many Muslims are not proud of their Faith, as a result they really don’t care whether someone insults and ridicules their Faith or the person of the Prophet :saw:…It is a sad case of spitting and then licking it back up, hence the disdain with which Muslims are looked down upon today…
But that is not the issue to which I am drawing your attention, as the sanctity of the Faith and its Messenger are matters which really don’t seem to bother you in any way…
My only astonishment lies in the fact that two of the most oldest, well-behaved and well known members of this board have been banned for no other reason than arguing with a mod…
How can it be, that those that have openly spewed their hatred against your Faith and your Prophet have been allowed to return by a mere PM and those that have argued with a mod for whatever reason have been banned permanently?
Are we to assume from now on that we are supposed to respect the mods more than our Prophets (May peace and blessings of Allah be upon them)?
Anwaar and Ata have been members of this board for more than 5 or 6 years…Since its implementation…6 years is a long time…It is the time when if a couple gets married, they have a child and that child starts speaking…Is this how you paid for the loyalty of those that have been with you from the start? Is this how you treat people who brought in more and more members to this board by introducing it?
During these six years, these two members must have made many friends, some of them even 6 years old…People don’t even remember 6 years friends in real life…So you decide to separate these two from their friends?
I have stated before…This board is like a family away from your family…Your fellow countrymen with whom you can share a little chitchat after a hard days work, and you ban them because you don’t agree with something they said? For people who can’t talk with real families, come to GupShup, put up their feet and talk with their virtual family discussing the day’s hardships and achievements, and you separate them from their family?
You be the judge for your own self, of what you have done and shown other members…
