The exclusions from the Bible is a known phenomenon and one of the reasons why Muslims always boost on the fact that Quran is unchanged. The major contributor was the Catholic Church.

It's strange to me sometimes how much Paul has influenced Christian theology yet he was not even the disciple who met and lived with Jesus. He only claimed to have met him in a vision.
