i actually don’t have them nor do i have pictures-but i posted it here asking if you all would please show me some pictures.

i have hair down to my waist, and i’m not allowed to cut it short. but i’m bored with it and want to try something different

i was thinking long bangs cut to almost cover one eye

any ideas or suggestions?

do any of you have bangs? what do you think? my mom says they are a pain

they are a pain! But the Jennifer Anniston type of bangs are really popular these days! I cannot find a pic of her with those bangs right now but if you are thinking about it, I would go for those.

and yeah they are annoying, they look good but can get tad bit annoying when ur working… might need to keep a bobby-pin handy

Bangs are a nice idea if you have naturally straight hair that doesn't puff up in humidity. Another idea is to keep the length but have some layering cut into your hair. Angle some layers around your face to add movement and softness. It's especially nice to add waves to your hair with this look because you have so many options in looks. You never get the same hairdo twice. I'll find a pic as an example soon.

Here's an example. You can go longer with the layers, but this is basically a very flattering and feminine style.

Have you considered Alyssa Milano type bangs? Her hair is amazing.
