Re: Bangladeshi
Didn’t we just do this. Just replace Hyderabadi with Bangladeshi in the other thread. Maybe add the word fish in every other sentence.
Everything else is the same.
Re: Bangladeshi
If there are no decent Pakistani guys then I would say yes.
Bangladeshi
Jab bengoli ke mun se mosli ki khusbu aaegi to sahi jawab pata chal jaega ![]()
Re: Bangladeshi
My bhabhi is bangladeshi…she is mashaAllah best my brother is not that much nice as she is i say to brother bari achi bv mili hy tumhy..infact abbu says she did with him more than a beti can do mashaAllah..i don’t know the opposite if guy is there…
Re: Bangladeshi
Any particular reason Bangladeshi’s should be rejected b/c of their race/nationality? ![]()
If the two people’s values/interests/personality etc. all are compatible, both are Muslims, and both sets of parents/siblings are willing to at the least tolerate one another…then why does it matter if one happens to be Bangladeshi?
Re: Bangladeshi
I respect Bangladeshis a lot. But that doesn’t mean i prefer marrying in them. ** And can you guys stop making fun of certain ethnic group?** This kind of racist mentality already split two countries apart. Let the humanity live at least.
Re: Bangladeshi
I concur.
For some reason..it is starting to piss me off of the fact people here openly stereotyping certain ethnic group in very derogatory way. So what, if they eat fish?..don’t you eat fish?.
And OP. I don’t understand what made you open this thread.
Re: Bangladeshi
I’m wondering how much racism still exists towards bangladeshis actually and vice versa and whether marriages between the two communities work and if they’re common or uncommon.
Re: Bangladeshi
Yes..lately..there has been lot of marriages between Pakistanis and Bangladeshis. My Best buddy is married to Bengali. And one of our family friend..this girl is married to Bengali fella…they are happy mash’allah.
Re: Bangladeshi
I thought Bengalis are different. Aren’t they from Bangalore?
Re: Bangladeshi
My friend almost married one. He was highly educated ( cardiologist ) and his Urdu wasn’t bad. There were some personal traits unrelated to ethnicity that made her change her mind.
Re: Bangladeshi
Bengali has nothing to do with Banglore. Two completely different parts of the country. Bengalis are from Bengal, which lies in the eastern part of India but was called West Bengal. East Bengal is what became Bangladesh.
Banglore is in South Indian, Karnataka.
Completely different languages and culture.
Re: Bangladeshi
Bengal. Bengaluru. Same difference. There is no place called Bangalore.
Re: Bangladeshi
My best friend is a Bengali. They’re good people.
However, not sure if i would like to marry one.
Re: Bangladeshi
It should be a matter between two people not between two nations or two ethnic groups.
Re: Bangladeshi
PCG, I’m part Bengali and in terms of religion obviously they’re Muslim but culturally they’re much more similar to Indians (Indians in Kolkata in West Bengal speak Bengali as well)..
If your language and culture is very important to you best not.. Bengalis on the whole are much more laid back when in comes to religion as well as culture as a whole and the vast majority will be ok with showing more skin than Pakistanis so if a saree with an exposed tummy or things along those lines mught be considered offensive/indecent to you or your family again best not..
Re the obsession with fish some people seem to have.. Most middle and upper-class families eat as much meat, if not more.. That’s a very old generalisation..
Re: Bangladeshi
Who knows, right now there’s a new Arab girl who joined my workplace, i’m feeling her if i’m honest.
Re: Bangladeshi
Deeba, you answered pcg’s question in such a mature way! Even I learned something from it, thanks
