That is not an appology. Just regreting atrocities has not been acceptable to Bengalis. They want specific applogoy and compensation for war crimes. Pakistan should come forward and close this ugly chapter once for all.
Again, good brotherly relations with Bengladesh is in the interest of pakistan.
