You cannot force a team to visit if they are scared to do so. No matter how much you pressurize them it will only hurt your cause.
If the security situation improves then other teams will visit automatically.
If the security hasnt improved since SL attack, and god forbids even a cracker explodes near the bangla bus then you can kiss cricket bye for another 5 years.
Even if bangla visits today under pressure and play in fortified conditions, it doesnt mean a non subcontinent team will visit in another year.
It will happen naturally, just have patience.
The security situation won't improve till the Americans leave Afghanistan and Pakistan should just concentrate on staging home matches in UAE in the meantime. No need to invite teams to Pakistan till then
Personally I feel that Islamabad is very safe (can stage ODI series atleast). The only problem is there is no proper cricket stadium there
