Bangladesh is pretty polarized as well. Govt wouldn’t such a step if it was massively unpopular. They do have a largue constituency, to which this action was directed.

This is only because of Lady Hitler so called Haseena Wajid. She has been blind in hate of Pakistan. All of Bangalies don’t hate Pakistan.
Just think if this type of action taken by Pakistan ? All of the dogs start barking on this issues and demand to move World T20 from Pakistan.

Those who dont like india will not like it, same goes for them, we all are like this.

Isn’t this the same Hasina Wajid who is also called Qaatil Hasina by many Bangladeshis and told to move New Delhi ?
Isn’t this the same Hasina whose party stole the last election through nefarious means and India recognized the results of the elections immediately ?
Maybe this decree came from Bangladesh government’s / Hasina’s Indian masters from New Delhi.

On another note, the last few matches that were played in Pakistan between India and Pakistan, there were Pakistani cricket fans who had the Indian flag painted on one cheek and Pakistani flag on the other cheek. No problem.

Bagladeshis will obviously support Bangladesh team first and after that those who like India more will support India and those who like Pakistan more will support Pakistan.
I don’t know the percentage of those who would support India vs. Pakistan and vice versa, given the history of South Asia since 1947.

And I condemn the few demeaning comments directed at common Bangladeshi citizens here.
BD government is a different story.

In the last world cup in Pakistan, everybody flew various flags. So it has happened. It happens regularly. This is basically a move by the current Government in Bangladesh to keep the flames of anger and hatred alive.

After what happened in India and now in Bangladesh I am proud to be a Pakistani. If supporting Pakistan is such a negative thing these in these countries, they need to do some self-reflection.

if only third world countries’ politicians made decisions keeping publics interests, feelings in my mind, lives would have been easier. But yes polarized comment isnt entirely wrong.
