DHAKA: An official of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has tweeted on Tuesday that the team will not be visiting Pakistan for any upcoming series, Geo News reported.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) sources told that the board has not yet received any formal information about the BCB’s decision of not visiting Pakistan.
The BCB had visited Pakistan to review security situation at Karachi’s National Stadium and Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
The BCB was likely to inform the PCB on Thursday about the fate of the one-day series planned in Pakistan later this month.
PCB chairman Zaka Ashraf told that BCB had left the decision in the hands of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid.
He said the PCB had on its part done everything to satisfy the BCB and its security delegation that their players would be well looked after in Pakistan if they played the series this month.
Pakistan had invited Bangladesh to play three ODIs later this month.
If Bangladesh agrees to come, they will become the first Test playing nation to visit Pakistan since the March, 2009 attack on the Sri Lankan team in Lahore by militants.
Re: Bangladesh cricket team not to visit Pakistan, tweets BCB official
can't believe they are such sore losers. First their PM runs from the stadium instead of giving the trophy to the team and now this. Pak should tell BD to take their team and .... well you know the rest.

who give a shyteeee… puke
as someone mentioned above, iss waqt inn ko buhat chaRhi hui hay, they are on top of cloud nine and are comparing their Asharafuls and Shakibuls and Mushrafuls to Bradman, Lillee, Richards and Holding and thinking that they are now the de facto champion of champions.
we are playing the good old Lankans in summer this year

So if the Bengalis dont tour, who will the PCB beg to tour Pakistan ?
The other possibility is Zimbabwe.
Ideally we shouldn't be playing anyone at home at the moment ... not ready just yet IMO
Pakistan have done quite well in their adopted home (UAE), so lets keep it that way for a while yet or play 'home' series in SLA - we are playing an ODI series against Australia in Sri Lanka later this year.
Wait for another 1-2 years or atleast until this good-for-nothing PPP government is gone (fingers crossed) before inviting anyone over to Pakistan
Even if this short BD tour goes smoothly, without any incidents, Australia, England, NZ and India esp. still won't buy the crap that Pakistan is safe now
