I think both of them have reconginzed the enemy, as well as the country/countries who provide them with support/shelter/funds etc. The difference is that India does not have the guts to go on the offensive; we can defend well if attacked whereas the US has the guts to go on the offensive & launch an attack.

I am not sure I follow your line of arguement. Idelology obviously plays a part in their actions, however I am not sure how India, US & Russia can change whatever ideology these terrorists believe in, which for the most part is hatred.
If there is some other point that your are trying to make, could you pls be a bit more specific ?

Some terrorists are just fronline runners. Have you ever paid attention how the Muslim masses start from critisizing the terror act and end in patronizing the terrorists under many other disguised vocabulary..like mojahideen, defencive war etc. At the same time the same people declare day and night that they beleive in peace.
And I am sure that the idology inspiring the terrorists and the masses is same. And off course, we are totally handicapped because everytime before and after a terror act we are told not to point out at the religion.
Do you need more specifications? Have you ever studied how a child’ mind is molded at a Madrisa. In other words what a child’ mind can pick up from a Madrisa?
