No,they have ben very professional like Mossad ,but RAW's domain is greater than of I.S.I.RAW has got a broader spectrum to play whereas I.S.I 's existence purely depends on Indian activities.
Aprt from unleashing terror strikes and operating and abetting Kashmir Fidayeen’s,I.S.I is nothing but just a typical intelligence agency ,but RAW has been able to destabilize Pakistan by cracking it in to two pieces(Pakistan and Bengladesh),disrupting Pakistan through sectarian violences and killings.
It was our spectacular display of kracking in to Afghanistan that Northern Alliance achieved major vistories and Ahmad Shah Mazood’s emergence as a legend.
It was a joint venture of RAW and Chotta Rajan gang that made possible the killing of I.S.I sponsored nepali muslim minister,who was a hub for I.S.I activities in Nepal,against India.
These are just examples but to tell you,RAW enjoys a great rapport with middle east fighting groups like Hamaz and Hizbollah’s,but share the same rapport with Mossad also.

),R.A.W possesses maximum penetration in to Pakistan.There are reports that KHAD(may be in new form but in its original vengeance) is being structured and formed.This gives a bad news to Pakistan especially to the regions like NWFP and commerical centres like Karachi.
Remember how effectively they used to disrupt commercial centres throughtout in Pakistan,like Sadar Bazar bombings .

Action against opponents urged: Dera Bugti development
QUETTA, Jan 1: Disgruntled tribal elders of the Bugti tribe have urged the government to take action against elements obstructing development projects in the Dera Bugti area. They were speaking at a joint Press conference at the Khetran House here on Sunday. Jalal Khan Kalpar, Jamal Khan Kalpar and Tariq Masuri blamed the tribe’s chieftain (Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti) for the miseries endured by their fellow tribesmen, adding his actions had forced them to migrate to areas in Punjab and Sindh. They accused Nawab Bugti of coercing the Bugti tribesmen and alleged that because of his oppression, thousands of tribesmen belonging to the Kalpar and Masuri sub-clans of the tribe had taken refuge in Sukkur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur areas. They said that they were being persecuted only because they (the Kalpar and Masuri sub-clans) supported development projects in their respective areas but their tribe’s chief was against development. They claimed that the government had so far taken no action against the people who had killed more than 35 persons people belonging to the Kalpar and Masuri sub-clans during the past few years.
They denied they were agents of the army and said they were proud of the armed forces and being citizens of Pakistan. They announced to support the Musharraf government, which, according to them, had allocated massive funds for development schemes in the province. They criticized the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and Baloch nationalist parties for supporting oppressors against innocent people and maintained that the HRCP and the Baloch nationalists should not take sides and they should back the Baloch people who had been evicted from their homes in Dera Bugti.

An end to the sardari nizaam in Balochistan is a must. I agree Balochistan did not get what it deserved, but how sensible is it to invite the state to settle it through fight? The rocket attack in Kohlu gave a highly negative impression to their struggle. I guess government should make everything public do that people know what is the actuall scheme of things in Balochistan.

About the armed resistance - Mothers don't send their kids out to die happily. Its death both ways for them. Either they die starving, begging for food n shelter or they fight for their rights and die a respectable death.

Injustice and deprivation will always invite the wrath of the deprived. Balochis should be given their due rights and even compensation for 58 years of theft and treachery.
Some say Balochis should not be given anything coz the sardars might pocket all the money. That doesnt justify anyone else to pocket their wealth either. And the sardars dont only live in Balochistan, they are in Punjab ( chaudhries ) and in Sindh ( waderas ) too. So should these two provinces also be deprived of their assets?
The govt has to give them, wat belongs to them.

See, I know non-Punjab provinces have not got a fair deal in the past or maybe even now. If you want to discuss the royalty issue, then Karachi should get it too as it has a port and sindh should get more of a share considering it gives 70% revenue of Pakistan but alas it is a dumphole!
But it doesn't forigive the sardars either as having how many millions they have, they spent it on themselves and personal protection (kinda like saddam) instead of educating their people if the government wasn't doing that? Look at how memons succeeded when they started with pennies in 1947.
Look at BLA and how starting from a progressive BSO, it is now a sardari run outfit which is why I don't support them and I am starting to take a neutral stand of all the issues.

Look. I see it like this. Every place has got some (natural) resources. Karachi has got the sea port. And look how developed Karachi is now? mean Karachi is benefiting from its resources. YES THE REST OF PAKISTAN IS ALSO BENEFITING FROM IT.
Punjab has got fertile lands. It is benefiting from that. WE have to PAY THEM TAXES when we bring wheat from punjab to NWFP. so in a way they are benefiting from it to a great extent. AND YES THE REST OF PAKISTAN IS ALSO BENEFITING. now lets talk abt balochistan. They dont have fertile lands like punjab or a sea like karachi. Their lands are barren. They got NATURAL GAS. n they were supposed to benefit from it too. But did they? DINT THE GOVT Snatch it from them? How long was it when Quetta or for that matter SUI got gas? Dont they have the right to benefit from THEIR RESOURCES?

Educate them and then let them decide what they want to do with the sardars. I wonder why do some people want to decide wats good or bad for others, when they don't know wats good for themselves.
Its not only the sardars who have millions. The Chaudhries and the waderas have got millions too. I m not justifying the sardari system. I m trying to say that the feudal system is prevalent in most of the RURAL areas of PAKISTAN. and since BALOCHISTAn hasnt got much URBAN AREA, it is more prevalent in balochistan. The only solution to this problem of feudal system is EDUCATION ALL OVER PAKISTAN.
The first problem is BALOCHISTAN SHOULD GET THE MONEY. The second is then WHO IN BALOCHISTAN GETS THE MONEY.

But the point is that these sardars bomb the same schools that the government builds saying it is their land and the government shouldn’t interfere (then they want the royalties too while keep the locals like $hit).

Can you plz tell me how many schools have been bombed? Can you plz quote a reliable source ( not a govt source ).
I hope you understand the bombing of one school by a single sardar wont justify the current standard of living in balochistan.
There are many more examples one can quote, of chaudries and waderas ordering the rape of their own women. But I understand they dont speak for the whole punjab. And the whole province shouldnt be blamed for that. I wish you could understand that on part of balochistan too.

Balochistan cabinet orders stern action against terrorists

QUETTA: The Balochistan cabinet on Tuesday directed the law-enforcement agencies (LEAs) to ensure stern and result-oriented action against terrorists and anti-social elements in the province.
The provincial cabinet, which met with Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf in the chair, reviewed the overall law and order situation and took certain important decisions in this regard.
The cabinet decided to constitute a special committee that would review that the law and order situation and submit a report to the government. The meeting was unanimous that the writ of the law would be ensured at all costs.
The cabinet agreed to the point that the government would fulfil its responsibilities to maintain law and order, safeguard the life and property of the masses and protect the national installations and mega projects.
Earlier, senior officials of the law-enforcement agencies briefed the cabinet on the existing law and order situation in the province as well as the steps being taken for improving it.
The cabinet was informed that effective steps were being taken to protect the life and property of the common man, safeguard the national installations and prevent terrorist and rocket-firing incidents.
The meeting directed to devise a comprehensive strategy and take effective measures for maintaining law and order during the month of Muharram.
The cabinet lauded the LEA performance on holding the local bodies elections peacefully. It expressed the hope that officers and staff of the agencies would continue to perform in the same manner and with sincerity.
