^ doesn't matter, indians in general know crap about the problems of dalits, naxalites and maoists, but hopefully they will know about them a lot more when these sovereign nations become sovereign countries, free from the clutches of NewDehli. After all, India will have to know about its new neighbors and keep diplomatic terms.

Looks like you are ready to cede Karachi and Pak.Hyderabad to India - how else will Balochistan become India's neighbor when it becomes a 'sovereign country' as you say.

The new neighbors include the states of Naxalitistan, Maoistan and Dalistan. Pakistan won't cede anything, but will get its share from the loot when India disintegrates which is a reality...........it it just a matter of time before the air is released from the bubble of the so-called shining India and the reality is exposed which is that just like muslims needed a new country out of India similarly Dalits, Naxalites, Maoists and eventually Sikhs will make new countries out of India and NewDehli will no longer be able to exploit these people.

are not we paying back with thousands of indians lives lost in terrorists violence ? stiil sad for both india and pakistan ,better both curb terrorism with iron hand , as far as india is concerned if any indian is caught in baluchistan fighting pak forces just kill him, if pakistanis are fighting against their own state then it is your problem . as for terrorists movements in india, right from 1948 till today we have finished many such movements . don't hope much from marxistan as i have already advised you . till then have peace.

If they love Balochs so much, then please send your families to Dera Bugti and Balochistan and when they will be killed, we can all enjoy and say that it was part of the Baloch struggle and that we support it.

Snakes like Nawaz Sharif is one classic example of such cowards. If he thinks that baloch terror groups killing urdu speaking and punjabis is a great thing (see how beghairat he is.....being a punjabi and supporting the murder of his own kind) but will never of course send his OWN family to enjoy the hospitality of the Baloch.

بلوچستان جس شکل میں ہے یہ وائیبل نہیں ، بلوچستان اس طرح چل سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی اسے چلا سکتا ہے ، ہمارا آج بھی موقف ہے کہ آج بھی اگر بلوچ اورپشتون ایک دوسرے کو سمجھ جائیں جس میں زیادہ حصہ بلوچوں بھائیوں کا ہے ، وہ بات سمجھنے کی کوشش کریںتو یہاں بندوق اٹھانے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑے گی ، ہم بلوچ اور پشتون سیاسی طور پر اتنے طاقتور ہیں کہ ہم بغیر کوئی گولی چلائے ، کسی کو گالی اور کسی کو مارے بغیر صوبے کا تمام نظام جام کرسکتے ہیں ،یہ اس صورت ہوسکتاہے جب پشتون بلوچ ایک دوسرے کو بھائی سمجھیں، ان کے وطن کی تقسیم بہت واضح ہے اور اس میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کرسکتا ۔ بلوچ پشتون اتحاد کیوں نہیں ہورہا ،اس سوال پر محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ یہ سوال بلوچ قیادت سے پوچھا جائے ، ہم نے اس ضمن میں کوشش کی۔
پشتونخوا میپ کے سربراہ نے کہا کہ برٹش بلوچستان کو جب چیف کمشنر ی صوبہ بنا یا گیا تو سندھ بمبئی کا حصہ اور خیبر پشتونخو اپنجاب کا حصہ تھا یعنی برصغیر میں سب سے پہلے برٹش بلوچستان چیف کمشنری صوبہ کا بنا جس میں صرف بگٹی اور مری شامل تھے،دس سال بعد 9ہزار روپے کرایے کے حساب سے انگریزوں نے خان قلات سے نوشکی کا مانگا کہ اس کا برٹش بلوچستان کا حصہ کردیا، چودہ مئی 1903ءکو میابت نصیرآباد کو ایک لاکھ سترہ ہزار پانچ سو روپے پر بلوچ خان سے لیکر ہمارے ساتھ میں شامل کرلیا گیا،ہمارا گلہ یہ ہے کہ چیف کمشنر صوبہ غائب کرکے بلوچ علاقوں میں ضمن کردیا گیا، یہ ہمیں کسی بھی صورت میں قابل قبول نہیں ۔ محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ سبی ہمارا حصہ ہے ، مری بگٹی ہمارا ساتھ تھے ،نوشکی کا علاقہ خان قلات سے لیا گیا جس میں پشتون کا علاقہ چھوڑ کر اور نصیرآباد سمیت باقی علاقوں پر بلوچ جانیں اور ان کے ساحل ووسائل ، خدا حافظ © © ©۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ©ہم اپنے ان علاقوں پر ایک نیا صوبہ بنائیں گے یا پھر اگر بلوچ کہتے ہیں تو بھائیوں کی طرح رہتے ہیں تو پھر سب کچھ © © ففٹی ففٹی © © © ہوگا ، آبادی کے تنازع میں نہیں پڑنا چاہتے ،

انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم نے برطانیہ کو آپشن دیئے اور پاکستان کو بھی دیئے ہیں کہ یا ہمیں کو پشتونوں کے ساتھ ملاکر خیبر پشتونخوا میں ضم کردیں،بجٹ بھی بچت ہوجائیگا، بوجھ بھی کم ہوجائیگا، اگر یہ نہیں ہوتا تو پھر ہمارا اپنا صوبہ بنایا جائے ، اگر یہ بھی نہیں ہوتا تو بلوچ پشتون برابری کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ نکتہ نیشنل عوامی پارٹی کا منشور کا بھی حصہ تھا لیکن جب اس معاملے پر اختلاف آیا توعبدالصمد خان اورخان غفار خان کی چالیس سالہ رفاقت کا خاتمہ ہوا اور اسی دن پشتونخوا میپ وجود میں آئی ۔ محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ اٹھارہویں ترمیم کے موقع پر بھی تمام مولانا فضل الرحمان ، آفتاب شیر پاﺅ، پروفیسر خورشید احمد سمیت تمام سیاسی رہنماﺅں سے ملاقات کی اور اس ضمن میں بات چیت کی لیکن انہوں نے مایوس کیا ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بلوچستان کے پشتونوں کے مسائل سمجھنے کی کوشش نہیں کی جارہی ، موجودہ حکومت کو تین مہینے میں گراسکتے ہیں لیکن ہم گڑبڑ نہیں چاہتے کیونکہ بلوچستان کمزور اور پاکستان نازک موڑ پر کھڑا ہے ، فوج، اداروں،پارلیمنٹ اور حکمرانوں سے کہنا چاہتے ہیں کہ یہاں کے پشتونوں کے مسائل سمجھیں ، ہم تیسرے یا دوسرے درجے کے شہری کی حیثیت نہ پاکستان میں اورنہ ہی بلوچستان میں رہنا چاہتے ، ہماری مرضی کے بغیر یہاں (بلوچستان میں )کوئی فوجی یا سیاسی حکومت نہیں چل سکتی۔ بلوچستان میں فوجی آپریشن اور مسخ شدہ لاشوں کی مذمت نہ کرنے سے متعلق محمود خان اچکزئی نے کہا کہ ہم مذمت کی بات کی کریں، ہم دونوں طرف سے مارے جارہے ہیں، اسٹیبلشمنٹ ہمیں شہر کے میئر کا عہدہ نہیں دینا چاہتی ، بلوچ ہمیں بھائی نہیں سمجھتے ، پھر ہم کیوں اس جھگڑے میں کود پڑیں۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم شاﺅنسٹ نہیں بلکہ بنی نو ع انسان کو آدم اور ہوا کی اولاد سمجھتے ہیں ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے بچنے کا واحد حل قوموں کو ان کے وسائل اور ان کی زمین پر اختیار دیا جائے، نفرتیں نا انصافی سے جنم لیتی ہیںجب آپ کسی کے اتھ گھر میں نا انصافی کرتے ہیں تو مسائل تو جنم لیں گے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری افواج کو سیاست کا چکسا لگا ہے ،ایجنسیاں لوگوں کا قتل جائز سمجھتی ہے ، وہ سمجھتی ہے کہ جو میرا نہیں وہ پاکستان کا نہیں اورجو ان کے دفتر کا چکر لگائے وہ سچا پاکستانی ہے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان بہت خطرناک صورتحال سے دو چار ہے ، ساری دنیا ہمیں شک کی بنیاد پر دیکھ رہی ہے ، ہمارے پاس توبہ کا وقت بھی بہت کم ہے ، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری خارجہ و داخلہ پالیسی کا منبع پارلیمنٹ ہونا چاہیئے۔

                     Quetta—**Central Vice President of the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf from Balochistan Shahid Qazi **has resigned from all the party positions and basic membership blaming the central leadership  for ignoring the province. He listed several grievances against the  party chief Imran Khan including his telephone conversation with MQM  chief Altaf Hussain and appointment of Imran Ismail as Deputy Secretary General of PTI by ignoring the protest of sincere workers.

Shahid Qazi said he and many other workers strongly believe that  Musharraf and his Q-League were responsible for all the ills in Pakistan including murder of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti and killing of Pakistanis after joining hands with US in their war on terror. He said unfortunately many Q-League leaders are being accepted in PTI and more are to be accepted according to party’s policy.—INP
