Theway,
Just click on the links for the cheese ball recipes. For some strange reason…the red smilie keeps showing up. Just ignore it.
I’ve included other links below.

it isn't that late.please post the recipe.
I'm sorry Theway, just checked this thread my internet has been down..
so here you go..
2 cups rice (boiled)
1 cup boiled, shredded chicken
1 small carrot shredded
1 green chilli finely chopped, i also use few coriander leaves to give a good colour
cheese 1 cup shredded, i use cheddar
salt, black pepper to taste
mix all these things. now make balls with this stuff, first dip in flour, then in egg(add 2 tbsp milk to 1egg) then in breadcrumbs. fry and enjoy! They are always a hit at all types of get togethers parties..

Re: Balls Recipe for starter/appetizer???
You can plate the meat/cheese balls with a toothpic inserted in each ball.......so guests simply pick them up from the toothpick.
And you can also put skewers through them. It would be interesting to alternate the balls. So on one single skewer, you can put a cheese ball, followed by a meat ball, and then a cheese ball again, etc.
Or one one skewer.......you can put a meat ball, followed by a cube of cheese, followed by another meat ball. To make it even more interesting........you can do a meat ball, followed by a cube of cheese, followed by a piece of fruit. So the guest experiences a mix of savoury and sweet on one stick. I've seen people combine savory and sweet flavors together for appetziers......such as wrapping thinly sliced meat around an apple slice, for example.
