You know those threads coming out of a blanket or some chadder from the sides . The ones that are not together , you take them and curl them with your fingers , so they can stick together .

Bakre/Bikhray = The ones that are separated

Bulana = Curling them together by holding them in your two fingers

I really hope I am making some sense

you meant to say to collect crowd at one place.
