As I was requested to post some pictures of my trip to pakistan and also promised to do so after coming back, I have decided to post my favorite one from bari Eid this year in Pakistan.

This pic is taken while slaughtering a cow. One has already been slaughtered some minutes before. Two goats were done an hour before. Unfortunatly one goat was stolen some days befor Eid.

Now if you get sick watching this pic so dont blame me, I saw everything live and believe me I did not touch/eat any meat after that!!

Now don’t ask me who are the people and kids around, I have not seen most of them before that.

But still this was the my bari Eid in pakistan after a long time and it was great fun.

I wish I was in Pakistan on Eid…

…brought back memories of when I slaughtred a Bakra in Pakistan…it was soooo kewl seeing the blood spurt out all over my kameez ‘n’ every where, it was warm… thanx 4 sharing…

I hear the phone ringing Animal rights off the hook cuz of this picture.

Personally, I love the eventful slaughtering and enjoy every last part of the meat. Mmmmm.

CocoNut: they can spare me with their animal rights, what they do is not a gentle way either. In both methods the animals die in the end.

You know there is such a thing called Knowledge which fights back BETTER than ignorance.

All you seem to do or atleast your kind is make a loop hole where one fires a comment and the other retaliates with another comment.

Neither one of you seem to have the patience to explain what its all about; rather you say that "Oh hey we cut your mother god" you could simply just leave it be or explain why we do this ritual.

If they do attack, then get on your toes do some research come back with an answer that befits their 'however ridiculous' question rather than blowing up at the first instant.

I mean for God’s sake why do you think Allah has recommended us to seek knowledge?? So that we may fight back in a justified manner. Its what brings us out of ignorance which I’m sorry to say what most of us are experiencing. Interesting concept ain’t it

Brings back some fond memories...i used to help my folks slaughter Goats...
Been 4 years since ive even seen one being slaughtered...

I miss all that....

oh oops I forgat about the indian guppies on this board, it was not meant to annoy anyone and I apologize if this pic hurt anyone's feelings but thats how we celebrate our Eid day. Well I am sure they are used to it, arent cows slaughtered in India by muslims too?

Looks like you had a nice eid SADI. It's been long time since I slaughtered something on EID by myself.
