random but how much do girls in pakistan spend on their eid clothing in karachi for example? I live in the states so i'm not sure how things work there i do see most of them don't wear fancy heavy outfits like we do in the states so if anyone could help me with a general estimate I would really appreciate it.

mine one is also getting stitched.lolz....as i m already having a hell bulk of orders for Bakra eid.....so with the customers i am also getting prepared my own dress but thats not that much formal like alisha one...lol...its simply having a band work on front and back aswell JUST...with a self embroidered on daaman....

Alysha, pretty dress M'A! Do people have to have a new dress for every Eid that comes up or for every year? I don't think so. In my opinion, it is okay to repeat outfits. You don't pay lots of money for just one outfit do you? Actually this Eid, I will be in class and won't be able to celebrate but in the evening will have a nice dinner with the hubby and dress up. I will wear a gold and beige outfit my Mom got me from Pakistan 8 years ago. It still pretty much fits me and last time I wore it was about two years ago.

I'll have to cehck my diary to see what i'm wearing ( I swear i'm not joking). I can't remember what I was supposed to wear. I have an excuse though I got back from holiday only yesterday.

sure fanna u can wear old clothes on eid... i wud say old clothes is fine but not repeating it.. just my thought! i m still using my jaheiz clothes even 4 yrs after marriage. since i got married ive been wearing only my jahez clothes each eid. only this eid i wore a new dress that hubs got from pak. so yeah its no big deal. i dun care abt fashion so mch on eid day. u can do fashion all other days...
