1. Cookin chocolate has more fat in it I think, you can microwave cooking chocolate and it wont burn, normal chocolate would burn if microwaved.

YOu didn’t mention abut the baking chocolate.is it the same one mean cooking chocolate or some other thing. and somewhere i hv read used sweetened chocolate wt it is? all these type of chocolate available in bar right?
