Here is complete thread abut baking method. but there is no mention abut ingredients and measurements.
I hv some confusing so i ask here u . and You tell me in detail.thanx
1: difference b/t baking choc and cooking choc. also tell whether it is sweetened or no?
2: difference b/t salted butter and unsalted. tell me most of time which one is used.
3: difference and translate into urdu plain flour, self-raising flour, and all purpose flour.
I will happy to receive the complete answer. thanx.
1) Cookin chocolate has more fat in it I think, you can microwave cooking chocolate and it wont burn, normal chocolate would burn if microwaved.
2) salted butter has salt in it, most butter you find in shops will be the salted kind. Only very few recipes ask for unsalted butter. A recipe will tell you when you need to use unsalted butter. If it just asks for butter use normal salted butter.
3) Sorry can translate into urdu, but plain flour does not have baking powder in it, self raising has baking powder and I can't remember what is in all purpose flour.
