baking chocolate --differences?

I have a brownie recipe that calls for bittersweet chocolate (60 - 64% cacao) and I have Baker’s unsweetened, that says 100% pure -this one http://www.canadaonly.ca/products/Bakers-Unsweetened-Chocolate-225g.html

Bittersweet chocolate has some sugar, I have used unsweetened chocolate to make brownies before but you may have to adjust the sugar slightly. Make sure you add just couple more table spoons sugar to the reciepe if you are using unsweetned chocolate for a reciepe that needs bittersweet cholocate.

I would taste the chocolate if it is completely sugar free then as what I suggested above.
