As expected, psyah did not return to see reply to his comment and present his own counter-argument.

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Haha, cool. Besides, when it comes to positivity, I am open 24/7, 365 days a year! :phati: You see, not many people think this, but I believe that Allah (or God for members here across the globe) chose for me to be born in Pakistan for a reason. It’s up to me to respect that, think how I can make my homeland better, and act on what I believe I have the power to accomplish.

Sure, the whole earth is God’s creation, and anyone is free to settle and live anywhere they see fit. :mehr: But I like to say, a person who isn’t sincere with his mother tongue and motherland, isn’t sincere with most other things in life, anyway. A mother tongue** is the language you dream in, and motherland is the country you were born in.** If I was born and grew up in say USA to Pakistani parents, a person like me would never forsake America. Sure, I would also care for Pakistan because of my heritage, but not at the expense of USA, particularly if I chose to live there. Doing so would be injustice from my end.

Same is the case with Pakistan. :tubelight: In times like these, the worst privileged people like you and me can do is lose hope, and give up heart. Living the news is as hard as you see on the television. It is for people all over Pakistan, and sometimes it is for me to. Sure, things may seem bad in all directions with just a dim light at the end of a tunnel. But then again, night is darkest just before dawn.

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

^ It's a very positive approach. Only positive approach turns into result while negative approach happens to be barren. People like you and me and our other fellow members who have means to spread their views about keeping faith and hope should continue to do this job as relentlessly as possible. Things do not change overnight and persistence is the key here :)

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Breaking News: Bakhtawer urges PM not to resign from the post of PM.

I joke. He doesnt need anyone to tell him that…he’ll wait for Boss to tell what to do next. How high to jump, and all that other political jazz they refer to as “Securing Democracy” in Parliament these days. :chai:

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

nice superman, we need more youngsters like you, who have not lost faith in their people .. in their nation and are not always complaining how things are awful in Pakistan … we shouldnt just look at things in one dimension, look at the brighter side, there is so much good stuff happening, sadly media does not report these postive stories much, hence, people only get to see the darker side of Pakistan, its just every citizen needs to realize their responsibilty towards their country, you cant put the entire blame on the system, because we are part of this system, optimism, unity and hardwork is the key to progressive Pakistan, inshaAllah with the passage of time, perhaps not tomorrow, but 10 years down the road … we will witness a progressive Pakistan …

there is always a dawn after dark …

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Thanks Rangoli and Amal.:hat:For a total change in society, we need to balance positivity with an attainable vision, 25% each. And the remaining 50% should be divided in half by action and steadfastness. The first two virtual elements, and the other two physically actual ones. All four in equal measures are important for a real change, and I believe can be applied to any situation where the aim is to do good, large or small.

I am already doing what I can, following these four principles for a few years now. And hopefully will be accelerating them in the coming years. Plans are already in place. Everywhere around me I see good people doing great stuff, a lot of them working on much bigger projects than what I (currently) get a chance at doing. As long as they (or we) all believe, hope will never be lost.

Obviously, the two fields I am paying attention to are education and knowledge - everything else, I believe should follow. Everything else is secondary to bright, knowledgeable minds. And like I said, large or small contributions matters not, even if it is educating a poor child, or helping the needy around each of us. Every good selfless deed is a solidly laid brick in the wall of a better (and brighter) future.

Yes, we have regressed on an awful lot of fronts as a society, but progressed to on many. :hypo: And that’s worth focusing on.

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Firstly it is not Bakhtawar's place to be making political statements like these. She is not currently an elected official nor holding any public office!

Secondly it is proof that these feudal blood suckers run their respective political parties as family business

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

^shouldn't that be something to think for all the parha likha ppl in different parties. e.g. ppl like aitezaz ehsan...

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

^ You're hoping against hope my friend

Aitzaz's first allegiance is to his party (PPP)...

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

People have their weaknesses.

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

dramay bazi to iss khandan kay rag rag main shamil hai.

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Why not? After all she is third to the throne :hmmm:

Wrong :nono: They run their “political parties” as mafias and country as their “family business.”

Re: Bakhtawar urges Gilani not to ‘violate constitution’

Ohh yes you telll them girl.... constitution is only violated when your papa dear and his goon party is questioned.
Tell them doesn't matter how many corruption roads lead to PM house...constitution should not be violated.
No matter how many people commit suicide due to poverty and die in the line ups for pension...constitution should not be violated.
