baked salmon w/ lemon garlic marinade

ingredients

1 salmon fish (3’’ sliced pieces, fresh, washed and dried on paper towel)
lemon garlic marinade - 1 cup
butter - 1/4 cup
baking potatoes - 4 (cut in half, de skinned)
garden tomatoes - 4 sliced
dried parsley - 1 tbsp
lemon - 2 slivered
baby spinach - 1 cup
hot chili sauce

instructions

marinate the fish slices in the lemon garlic marinade
in a non stick oven square baking tray, brush the base with butter
turn oven on 350 degrees F
replace marinated salmon onto the buttered base of baking tray
sprinkle with parsley
on the sides, place baking potatoes halves
bake for 1.5 hours (turn over the fish slices after 1/2 time and brush with butter again)
when the fish slices are baked (all marinade is absorbed and parley leaves stick to the surface of fish slices, color - baked golden brown and smoked fish smell), take them out, turnoff the oven
carefully place baby spinach leaves all over the dish
replace fish slices on spinach leaves
decorate with tomatoes and lemon slices

serve with either French baguette or boil rice and salad (Romanian lettuce, carrots, green peas )

baked salmon is the tastiest thing ever :yummy:

though sometimes I fry it - more like smokey n coook it in lemon juice with some spices to give some desi touch :k:

EMM, yes i agree. bakd salmon. lemonzest or celery with mayo is great with damuscas pita bread with that.
