Just make the besan like you normally make for pakoray (besan, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, zeera)
Make sure the texture of the mixture is a little thick (like pancake mix)
Now cut the eggplant in ‘thin’ medium sized slices (not too big) and spice them seperately with lemon juice, haldi (so they don’t go all black), kaali mirch, salt
Keep in mind that you have already added salt and chilli in the besan mix, so taste it before you fry the pakoray!
Ingredients:
1 pair of chappals
1 wallet with some rupees in it
Method:
Slide wallet into jaib. Slide feet into chappals, one foot at a time preferably. Tell ur spouse ke "mein zara bazaar se ho aaya" and kick the goat outta the doorway before proceeding to the bazaar.
Buy 1 adad bhindi and 2 adad samosa. Eat one samosa while stuffing the other with the kacchi bhindi into it. Use chappals to slap it in iff necassary, i.e if samosa is too karrak.
Go back home and dip the bhindi-stuffed samosa into a spicy, chilly chutney and enjoy a crunchy sensation in ur mouth.
