Rich or not but the F sector is nothing but a red light / prostitution area as I was told by the locals during my 2-3 trips some time ago. Shattered my dreams of living in ISB. Never visited again and I call it the F*** sector now.

Almost every country\city has some form of prostitution. You should not let that dissuade you from living in a place.
