It’s about timing. My parents are definitely not rich, but they purchased a plot in a new phase of Bahria Town ISB, when they had just started developing it. It has more than doubled in value in the meantime, so they could not have afforded it at current rates. But if you look at it, as a long-term investment, it is affordable for Middle class as well.
