Thank you Mr. Mohsin. I appreciate your comments. All I am trying to do is make people get out of lala land and face up to realaties. Real estate speculators are not friends of Pakistan. These guys will make their money, not invest a dime to create job and fill up their accounts in Eurpoe and America. Small investors who sold their life savings to invest in these ventures will be holding the bag at the end. God forbid. I just hope I am wrong.

mr. shamsiali i dont have any time to read any essays on this site so please cut it short, and please note this thread is not about economy or pakistan vs india, so make another topic if you want to discuss that.
and about real estate, if these real estate guys are just here to make money, do you have any reason why malik riaz invests all his money into pakistan, why he donates heavily to hospitals, why he planned and made the lahore ring road for free for the gov. , why he makes the most luxury houses in pakistan but sells them for the cheapest, why he didnt complain or take the punjab gov. to court after they stole and gave his lake city project to emaar, why is he making the top schools and university of pakistan, why he makes billions of dollars yet invests it all in pak without keeping any of it. any reason for this. yes there are many people who have come here just to make money. but there are also many people doing it for there country.

Since this is not a thread on Pakistan's economy then Obviously it must be Malik Riaz fan club. Last time I checked it is in the "Busines and Economy section".
As you said "i dont have any time to read any essays on this site.." is preciesely the problem with Pakistanis. Always looking for short cuts and wasting time on get rich fast schemes. I suggest you start "reading" essay to increase your knowledge so you can get a better job than being Malik Riaz's personal information Minister.

Also, once again, I am not against Mr. Malik Riaz or Behria Town. I am sure he is a great guy with his heart bleeding for the poor in Pakistan. As a matter of fact he was on ARY's Views on News program and admitted that real estate boom is a fruad and most of these real estate projects (not his of course) are not even approved. Please get a copy from Mr. Shahid Massod of ARY or contact Malik Sahib directly.

and to let you know, i am a fan of urban developments in pak, i am no fan of Malik Riaz, he is a great man and has done alot for pak and i appreciate his efforts for pak.

Second, you are not the freaking moderator of this forum to pass rules on what is discussed here. If you’re English is weak and can not read longer than 3 sentences or don't understand basic economics then it is not anybody's fault. Blame your teachers and parents who enrolled you in a crappy school. Don't hate the world dude if you have English comprehension issues. By the way there is subject that they offer at colleges called economics. You may want to pcuk up a book sometimes.

Mr. Shamsi have showmen that he has done his research (with tons of statistics) and he hasn't said anything against Beharia Town / Pakistan / India or USA.

i read the first few posts by him, and they didnt make no sense, he was first talking about pakistans per capita income and then saying no one can afford them, when they were all sold out in 5 HOURS.
DO YOU WANT TO READ IT AGAIN. all she was do is critizing bahria town and accusing me of protecting it and having files init. do you want to go to the forum main page and see how much topics i have made on new projects in pak, i am not interested in files but only interested in developments in pak and seeing pakistan develop.

sold in 5 hours because of foreign investments. As far as I have seen is that there are too many corporations and rich ppl in pakistan who are buying houses and creating virtual bubble just so the prices will increase. As soon a new project is released in Lahore - its is almost instantly sold. Most of the time before news hits the person on the street. Meaning, avg people living in Pakistan are not buying a house.
Anyway, I can't comment since I am not in touch with Pakistan or its economy so much. I am just stating an opinion - take it what its worth.

I did raised an eye brow when Shamsi accused you of having "files" in it - but I thought its probably regarding some post above that I missed.
I am very intrested in developments in Pak too, but the way everything happens (at least in Lahore) defies the laws of nature! Its just mind bogling (and kool) at the same time that city can exist the way it is.

Only thing I want to say to Suhaib's BS is I am a Pakistani living in the US. My family lives in Clifton close to Bilawal House and stone through away from Aghaz super market. I went to St.Patrick's school and DJ college in Karachi.We have dinners at BBQ Tonight and Village restaurent at the Clifton beach. Or sometimes by old Palace cinema nest to Hotel Metropole. These should be enough to establish my identity as a Pakistani and from Karachi. F***k India.
This is the only thing that offended me from Suhaib when he called me an Indian. The other comments about English I don't mind since his mental level, education and family background speaks for itself in his post.
