These words occurs in Chapter 5 Verse 103. Does anybody know what are the meanings of these words of what are these about.

The terms "Bahira, Saiba, Wasila and Ham" are for camels/goats that Arabs used to let loose in the name of their gods

In the ayah, Allah is mentioning some practices of worship by Arabs for God (or Idols)… that was sacrifices (not killing, but it was abandoning or foregoing) related to Camel (can be any cattle).
Allah is saying in the ayah, that Allah has not asked for such things, but it is innovations of disbelievers.
The sacrifices mentioned are:
‘Bahira, Saiba, Wasila and Ham’
Where (as far as I know) are:
Bahirah: Milking of a she-camel was made forbidden, left for God (or idols).
Saibiah: A she-camel was let loose to freely pasture (no usage was allowed), again for God (or idols).
Washilah: A she-camel was set free for God (or idols) because it has given twin birth (or possibly 2 she-camels consecutively).
Ham: After number of siring (impregnating) she-camel, a he-camel was freed from all kind of works, reserved for God (or idols).
All these animals were liberated to honour God (or Idols) as element of their worship, and thus Allah mentioned that all these are inventions by disbelievers and people without understanding, something Allah has never asked.
